New Programme to Develop Female A&R Talent in Birmingham

Punch Records has partnered with Parlay Records to launch a free programme aimed at developing the next generation of female A&R professionals in Birmingham and the West Midlands.

Building Careers in A&R

Starting in July 2025, The Parlay A&R Academy will offer six women aged 18 to 25 the chance to learn directly from some of the UK’s most renowned A&R’s, network with major labels, be apart of exclusive workshops, the opportunity to work with Parlay Records on music releases, have access to office space at Punch Records HQ, as well as building on your own portfolio of work.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

Be aged 18–25
Identify as a woman
Live in Birmingham or nearby
