The Next Level Award is designed to support musicians with a proven track record but lacking the resources to pursue larger, long-term projects. It offers business advice, peer support, and financial backing to help you advance your career.
What’s Included?
6 hours of one-to-one business advice from industry experts
Online meet-ups with fellow awardees and industry guests
Up to £3,000 to fund your music-related activities
Peer drop-in spaces for networking with other musicians (Optional)
Healthy practice sessions delivered by BAPAM (Optional)
Who Can Apply?
Musicians who earn at least 40% of their income from music
Aged 18+, living in the UK with the right to work
Have less than £10,000 in savings
Can complete the project within 12 months
Control your career (self-managing, self-releasing, etc.)

3rd February 2025 – 28th February 2025
14th April 2025 –9th May 2025
- 15th September 2025 –10th October 2025

When Will You Hear Back?
You will receive a decision within 12 weeks of submitting your application.
